The Bank of Glen Burnie is a member of the MoneyPass network. Our customers may access any of the thousands of ATMs coast to coast on the MoneyPass network completely free with their Bank of Glen Burnie Debit Card. Blocked MasterCard® Debit Card Transactions

Traveling? Be sure your Bank of Glen Burnie MasterCard® Debit Card will be available for use. Due to fraudulent transactions occurring, your MasterCard® Debit Card may be temporarily blocked in certain countries, states and businesses. The chart below will help you to verify where your card is currently blocked. 

  • Countries Blocked: All International signature based transactions are blocked. 
  • States Blocked: Due to recent fraudulent activity signature based transactions only will be blocked from Texas, South Carolina and California.
  • Merchants Blocked: None
  • ATM and PIN based transactions: Your PIN is requested to complete the transaction.
  • Signature based transactions: Your signature is requested to complete the transaction.
  • Blocked signature based transactions: include internet transactions.
Transactions blocked on this list are always changing. Please call Customer Service at 410-766-3300 and we will be happy to update you of the latest changes.
Please let us know at least one week in advance if you will be traveling, even if only out of state. We will need to know where you will be traveling, how long you plan to be away and your return date. The information will be noted on your account to alert FraudWatch Plus of transactions that may occur outside your typical spending patterns.
To remove a temporary block that has been placed on your card by Fraud Protection Services, please call 1-866-842-5208 to verify transactions that have been identified as suspicious.

Lost or Stolen Card

  • To report a lost or stolen Debit Card call 1-800-264-5578.

To Report a Disputed Transaction

  • For Bank of Glen Burnie ATM disputed transactions call 410-766-3300 or visit your local branch.
  • For disputed MasterCard® debit card and foreign ATM transactions call the Dispute Processing Call Center 1-866-987-1457
