How to Enroll in Zelle®

Online Bill Pay Customers Can Send Money with Zelle®

Customers who are enrolled in Personal Online Bill Pay can send and receive money to friends, family, and people they know using Zelle®.  The only way to access Zelle® is to enroll in Personal Online Bill Pay through Personal Online Banking from The Bank of Glen Burnie’s website. Once you are enrolled in Personal Online Bill Pay, Zelle® will appear in your Personal Mobile Banking App.

Enrollment Instructions

  1. Log in to Personal Online Banking from The Bank of Glen Burnie’s website using your online banking credentials (this cannot be done from the App)
  2. Click “Bill Payment” from the main navigation and then click “Enroll
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “What else can I do?
  4. Select “Send Money with Zelle
  5. Enroll your U.S. mobile number or email address
  6. You now have access to Zelle® on your Personal Mobile Banking app by selecting “Transfer and Pay” and then selecting “Send Money with Zelle
