Wire Manager is available within Business Online Banking if you have been approved to use this service. Login to Business Online using your credentials and any required token.
Can I send an international wire through Wire Manager?
No. Customers who wish to send an international wire must initiate the wire through their local branch.
Can I cancel a wire transfer?
Wire transfers are final and cannot be canceled once the transfer is initiated. Use care to determine that a wire transfer is valid and appropriate, Contact the bank immediately if you are unsure or suspicious about a wire transfer request. Fraudsters often use wire transfers as a preferred payment method.
Can I limit access to Wire Manager?
Yes. You can set employee access permissions within your business and define what access is allowed for each employee.
How much does Wire Manager cost?

How do I enroll in Wire Manager?

What is the cut-off time for wire transfers?
The cut-off time is 3:00 PM EST for both domestic and international wires for receiving payment orders. Any payment order received by The Bank of Glen Burnie after 3:00 PM EST will be treated as received on the next business day.
